Healthcare Professionals Unite Through Sports
Dow University Hospital emerged victorious in the Modern Premier League (MPL) Season 3, defeating Indus Hospital in a nail-biting final. The match, held in Karachi, showcased not only competitive cricket but also the spirit of unity among healthcare professionals.
Batting first, Dow Hospital posted a strong total of 82 runs for the loss of just two wickets. Indus Hospital fought hard in response, scoring 76 runs for three wickets, but ultimately fell short by six runs. The close contest kept spectators on edge until the very last ball.
The league, organized by The Modern Hospital, brought together over 24 leading hospitals across Karachi, creating a vibrant platform for medical staff to engage outside their daily routines.
