Government’s Commitment to Supporting Young Doctors
Federal Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination, Syed Mustafa Kamal, has assured young doctors that their professional and administrative concerns will be resolved on a priority basis.
The announcement came during a meeting with a delegation from the Young Doctors Association of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The delegation highlighted pressing challenges faced by medical professionals, particularly issues related to service structure, career progression, and workplace conditions.
Minister Kamal emphasized that the government recognizes the vital role young doctors play in strengthening Pakistan’s healthcare system. He stated that addressing their legitimate concerns is essential for improving service delivery and ensuring sustainable healthcare reforms.
He further assured that practical steps will be taken within the government’s mandate to provide long-term solutions.
