In a move to address public concerns, CM Maryam Nawaz has mandated the activation and clear visibility of complaint counters in all hospitals. Additionally, a new feedback mechanism will be introduced where patients will receive follow-up calls to share their experiences and concerns.
To improve hospital infrastructure, CM Maryam Nawaz has ordered the provision of chairs and benches for attendants in waiting rooms, along with the installation of mist fans in open waiting areas. Regular hospital inspections will now be mandatory, with checklists covering staff attendance, free medicine distribution, lab test availability, and biomedical equipment functionality.
